Bill is known as "Broker Bill" in Seal Beach. He takes pride in exclusively selling properties in Seal Beach. Bill began a career in law enforcement as a member of the Seal Beach Police Department. Upon receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Long Beach, he transfered to the Orange County Marshals Department.

Bill is active in the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Seal Beach Business Association. Bill is consistently in the top 1% in sales for all RE/MAX agents nationwide an a honorary member in the RE/MAX hall of fame.
